Important Update Regarding Thuraya's Current Communications

We are aware of the current communication issues being experienced by Thuraya customers. The root cause is a cable cut in the Red Sea, which has disrupted a major communication route between the Middle East and Europe.

Calls between Thuraya numbers remain unaffected. However, calls routed to GSM numbers are impacted, as they rely on the damaged cable.

Thuraya is currently working on a temporary solution. While this may result in reduced call quality compared to the usual standard, it should help maintain service continuity until the cable is fully restored.
