Garmin inReach® Subscription Plans

Our Garmin inReach plans are designed to let you get the most out of your Garmin inReach Device.

Setting up your inReach plan

3. Fill out the contract online
4. Your device will be activated by our dedicated team in 1 - 3 business days
   

Below is a brief overview of our plans.

• Pro Enabled: our entry-level plan, for peace of mind on the trail
• Pro Basic: a mid-level plan for the weekend warriors exploring the great outdoors
• Pro Advanced: a heavier plan for experienced adventurers 
• Pro Premier: designed for our most active users to make use of all features

Our inReach plans are especially suitable for you if you require high frequency tracking (from as little as every 2 minutes), multiple device management and advanced mapping options are available through our GTCTrack portal for an additional charge if required, or for customers wishing to direct data to a third party server.

• The above plans are inclusive of UK 20% VAT, pricing may vary if outside of the UK.
• *Messenger App and inReach Messenger Plus device only.
• Service can be suspended for up to 12 consecutive months. After 12 consecutive months of suspended service, devices will be automatically moved to the inReach Enabled plan
• No charge applies to changing a Professional Subscription plan.
• Active satellite subscription is required. Some jurisdictions regulate or prohibit the use of satellite communication devices. It is the responsibility of the user to know and follow all applicable laws in the jurisdictions where the device is intended to be used.
• Photo/Voice Messages: Jurisdiction restrictions may apply; an active inReach subscription and paired smartphone are required. Photo and voice messaging requires the use of the Garmin Messenger app on your compatible smartphone.

• Service can be suspended for up to 12 consecutive months. After 12 consecutive months of suspended service, devices will be automatically moved to the inReach Enabled plan.
• Please be aware activations are processed in 1 - 3 business days.
• All plans shown will be pro-rated in their first month. This includes a pro-rata amount of the monthly fee in a monetary form and any inclusive allowances shown which is based upon the activation date.
• If the requested plan offers any inclusive allowance, this will not carry over month to month and there is no entitlement to any compensation, rebate, credit or carry-over to the next billing cycle.
• Once any inclusive allowance has been exceeded, an overage charge will apply at the applicable rates. Overage charges will be calculated and invoiced on a monthly basis.
• The final month of the contract is billable in full.
• The minimum term is a minimum commitment period. After this period, the contract will go to a rolling monthly contract unless otherwise stated. The plan will be charged until a written request is made via email for the deactivation to take place.
• Plan downgrades can only be completed on the 1st day of the month and 48hrs notice must be given to allow for processing.
• Suspensions can only be completed on the 1st day of the month and 48hrs notice must be given to allow for processing.
• Plan changes initiate a renewed 30 day minimum term.
