Effective 30 June 2026, commercial Inmarsat services are subject to a regulatory restriction within Thailand.

Until further notice, commercial Inmarsat L-band and GX Ka-band services must not be used:

• On land within Thailand

• Within Thai territorial waters (maritime)

• In Thai airspace below 10,000 feet (aviation)

Safety services remain unaffected and continue to operate as normal.

If you are planning to travel to or operate within Thailand, please be aware that these commercial services are currently unavailable due to local regulatory requirements.
