Garmin GPSMAP 65 range is the latest GPS handheld range from Garmin and the first to offer multi-band technology from GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, QZSS and IRNSS. With these technologies integrated the GPSMAP 65 offers improved accuracy, particularly in hard to reach areas such as canyons, dense forests and steep mountains.
The Garmin GPSMAP 65 is a rugged handheld GPS navigator built for dependable positioning and navigation in challenging outdoor environments. Combining multi-band technology with support for multiple global navigation satellite systems, it helps maintain an accurate position in locations where conventional GPS devices can struggle, including dense woodland, steep valleys, mountainous terrain and built-up areas.
A bright, sunlight-readable 2.6-inch colour display makes routes and mapping easy to view outdoors, while preloaded TopoActive Europe maps provide detailed, routable mapping for roads, trails, waterways, natural features and points of interest. Additional maps can also be loaded using the built-in microSD card slot, giving you the flexibility to tailor the device to your activity or destination.
Designed for use in the field, the GPSMAP 65 features a durable, button-operated design that remains practical when wearing gloves or working in wet and demanding conditions. An IPX7 water rating provides protection against the elements, while up to 16 hours of battery life and replaceable AA batteries make it well suited to longer days away from mains power.
Pair the GPSMAP 65 with a compatible smartphone to access Garmin Explore, allowing you to plan, review and synchronise waypoints, routes and tracks.
