EVERYWHERE Mobile App

Secure messaging, live location, welfare check-ins, SOS, mapping and team alerts, all from the EVERYWHERE Mobile App for iOS and Android

One App. Multiple Layers of Field Connectivity.

Whether your teams are operating on remote worksites, travelling between locations or working beyond reliable cellular coverage, the EVERYWHERE Mobile App gives personnel a single interface for communication, monitoring and safety.

Workers can message their team, share location information, complete welfare check-ins, receive alerts, access mapping tools and initiate an SOS — while managers maintain oversight through the wider EVERYWHERE Platform.

Stay Connected Beyond the Mobile Network

EVERYWHERE Intelligent Routing™

The EVERYWHERE Mobile App is designed to make communication simpler across changing network conditions.

EVERYWHERE Intelligent Routing™ allows users to prioritise available communications pathways and can route data across Wi-Fi, cellular data or Iridium satellite when the app is paired with a compatible Garmin inReach communicator.

That means field teams can use familiar smartphone-based communications while adding satellite connectivity for environments where conventional coverage cannot always be relied upon.

Built Around How Remote Teams Work

Secure Messaging

Keep individuals and teams in contact.

Send and receive messages through the EVERYWHERE Platform, with support for secure team communications and multiple communications pathways.

Messages can also include location and pathway information, helping provide additional context to teams and managers. EVERYWHERE states that platform communications use AES-256 encryption

Live Location & Mapping

See where people are operating.

Advanced mapping gives users access to current location information, team visibility and different map layers, including street, satellite and topographic views.

Use location information to improve operational awareness and give managers greater visibility of dispersed personnel.

Welfare Check-ins

Make regular worker contact part of the process.

Scheduled and self check-ins provide workers with a clear way to confirm their status.

The EVERYWHERE App includes countdown functionality and status indicators to help users see when their next check-in is due, while check-in information can be managed through the wider EVERYWHERE Platform.

Geofencing

Create virtual boundaries around important locations.

Geofences can be added to mapping environments to identify locations such as operational areas, higher-risk zones or other areas teams need to be aware of.

This helps organisations move from simply seeing worker location to applying location information operationally.

Alert Notifications

Get important information to people in the field.

EVERYWHERE Mass Notifications can distribute alerts to teams and track acknowledgements, helping organisations understand who has received and responded to important communications.

That can be especially useful when conditions, incidents or operational requirements change quickly.

Global SOS

Give workers a clear emergency escalation route.

Users can initiate an SOS through the EVERYWHERE Mobile App and communicate during an emergency.

Depending on the organisation's configuration, SOS events can be handled by internal emergency personnel or the EVERYWHERE SOS monitoring service, while teammates can also be notified of the event.

Smarter Welfare Check-ins

Know When Your People Are OK, And When Something Needs Attention

Regular worker contact shouldn't depend on somebody remembering to send a text message.

EVERYWHERE Scheduled and Self Check-ins give organisations a structured way to monitor worker welfare. Users can see when a check-in is approaching through a countdown timer and complete their check-in directly within the app.

Pair this with defined escalation procedures and check-ins can help turn a period of unexpected silence into something managers can investigate.

Safety Zones

Make Check-ins Smarter Around Known Safe Areas

EVERYWHERE Safety Zones add another layer of flexibility to scheduled check-ins.

Organisations can define an active check-in area and create up to 10 custom Safety Zones within it. When a device is within one of those designated zones, the system can recognise that the user is in a predefined safe area and suspend the normal check-in requirement until they leave it.

This gives organisations greater control over how monitoring is applied without creating unnecessary check-in activity.

Photos & Voice Messages

Add More Context to Communications From the Field

When the EVERYWHERE Mobile App is paired with a Garmin inReach Messenger Plus, users can send short voice messages and photos over satellite, as well as over cellular or Wi-Fi when available. Received voice messages include an automatic text transcription, allowing recipients to either listen or read depending on their environment.

Photos can initially be transmitted as thumbnails over satellite, with higher-resolution versions available to download later via satellite, cellular or Wi-Fi.

Mission Vault & Files

Put Important Information in the Hands of Your Field Teams

The EVERYWHERE Mobile App includes a dedicated Mission Vault with a Files area where users can access and download important operational resources.

Organisations can use it to distribute information such as:

  • Emergency contact details
  • Local hospital information
  • Safe routes and site guidance
  • Operating procedures
  • Risk information
  • Training and onboarding material

Files can be downloaded in advance so workers can retain access to important information while operating away from conventional connectivity.

Scheduled Monitoring

Monitor Workers When It Matters, Without Tracking Them All the Time

EVERYWHERE Scheduled Monitoring gives organisations a more structured approach to worker oversight.

Monitoring can be configured around defined working periods, while app users can also manually switch monitoring on or off when required. This gives teams flexibility while helping organisations maintain visibility during the times when workers are expected to be operating remotely or alone.

It works particularly well alongside scheduled check-ins, location information and escalation procedures, helping organisations build monitoring around the way their teams actually work.
