Thuraya XT PRO Satellite Phone

The Thuraya XT-PRO is a rugged satellite phone designed for professional users who need dependable voice, messaging and basic data connectivity across Thuraya’s extensive coverage area. It supports satellite calls, SMS, SMS-to-email and GmPRS data up to 60/15 Kbps, while built-in GPS, BeiDou and GLONASS navigation gives users additional flexibility for location and tracking. A dedicated SOS button can trigger a pre-programmed call and/or message even when the handset is switched off.

Built for demanding environments, the XT-PRO features an IP55-rated, shock-resistant body and a 2.4-inch glare-resistant Gorilla Glass display that remains readable in bright sunlight. Battery performance is another major strength, with up to 9 hours of talk time and 100 hours of standby, making it well suited to expeditions, remote work, field operations and extended travel away from conventional communications.

*The XT-LITE / XT-PRO will only work in GSM mode with an international roaming enabled SIM supplied by an official Thuraya roaming partner, or a Thuraya Post-Paid SIM. GSM mode is not available on prepaid Thuraya SIM cards. The phone must be used outside with a clear line of sight to the sky to use the GSM mode.
