The Scan Antenna Iridium Passive Omnidirectional SATCOM Antenna is a rugged external antenna designed to provide reliable satellite connectivity for compatible Iridium equipment.

Its omnidirectional design means there is no need to manually point the antenna towards a satellite, making it a practical solution for marine vessels, vehicles and fixed installations where dependable Iridium communications are required.

Built for demanding outdoor environments, the antenna features a durable, low-profile construction and is rated IP68 for protection against dust and water ingress. Once correctly installed with suitable low-loss cabling, it provides a straightforward external antenna solution for compatible Iridium terminals, including the Iridium GO!.

The antenna is designed for installation on a standard 1"-14NF US-style mounting bracket, commonly used in marine and communications applications.

Reliable Iridium Connectivity

An external antenna can be particularly useful where an Iridium terminal cannot maintain a clear view of the sky from its normal operating position. Mounting the antenna externally allows it to receive satellite signals while the connected equipment can remain in a more convenient or protected location.

Grade C – Device Only
