UPDATE: Thuraya Prepaid Top-Ups

At GTC we are now able to add credit to Thuraya devices in the same way as other networks. This improves the ease of the top up process for our customers, who can receive credit directly to their SIM cards.

So what are the changes?

Originally, a PIN number was provided to our customers so they could add the top-up to their airtime card. Fortunately, this step has been eliminated. For Thuraya Prepaid Airtime Top ups, customers place an order with us to add their airtime top up directly to their SIM*.

Which devices do these changes apply to?

All Thuraya Satellite phones including the XT-LITE, XT-PRO and XT-PRO Dual are included in the new airtime prepaid top-up process. As well as Thuraya Wi-Fi and Internet devices include the WE, Atlas IP, Satsleeve+ and Satsleeve Hotspot.

*Disclaimer: This update to the top up process of Thuraya devices is available for most customers. It is less likely to be available for our longer-standing customers. Therefore, we advise those wishing to adopt this new process, please contact us to confirm that your SIM card is eligible for this top up process.
