What is GTC Certified Used satellite equipment?

Our Certified Used collection brings together pre-owned, ex-demo and other clearance satellite and communications equipment that cannot be sold as brand new.

Certified Used products are carefully inspected and tested to ensure they are functioning correctly before being offered for sale. Depending on the individual product and its grade, there may be cosmetic marks, damaged packaging, missing packaging or other signs of previous use.

Understanding our Certified Used grades

• Grade A – Like New
  These products are in like-new condition and include their original accessories. The packaging may have been damaged or opened, preventing the product from being sold as new.
• Grade B – Used
  Fully tested and in good working order, but the product may have light cosmetic marks or scuffs from previous use. Accessories are included, although packaging may be damaged.
• Grade C – Device Only
  A fully working standalone device that may show signs of previous use but does not include accessories and may not be supplied in its original packaging.
• Grade D – Spares or Repairs
  Non-working equipment sold specifically for spare parts or repair rather than normal use.

Certified refurbished and ex-demo products sold by GTC come with a warranty, although the exact warranty can vary between products.

We recommend checking the individual product page before ordering for the warranty applicable to the specific device you're considering.
