Navigation
This GPSMAP 66i tracker features preloaded Garmin TopoActive Europe mapping for detailed views of topographic elevations, summits, parks, coastlines, rivers, lakes and geographical points. Additionally, support for multi-GNSS combined with altimeter, barometer and compass navigation sensors lets you track and navigate in challenging environments.
Cellular Connectivity lets you access weather forecasts and Geocaching Live. Also, receive Active Weather up-to-dates about forecast on your tracker, when connected to Garmin Connect Mobile. These updates include predictive maps for temperature, wind, precipitation and clouds.
Pre-loaded Mapping
Preloaded Garmin TOPO mapping with direct-to-device BirdsEye Satellite Imagery downloads (no annual subscription). This includes multiple Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) support and navigation sensors.
Display
The Garmin GPSMAP® 66i Tracker has a large 3" sunlight-readable colour display. This improves ease of viewing in high-light exposure environments.
Battery Life
Internal, rechargeable lithium battery provides up to 35 hours in 10-minute tracking mode. Alternatively, it will provide up to 200 hours in Expedition mode with 30-minute tracking intervals.
Compatible Devices
Compatible with the Garmin Explore™ website and app. These help you manage waypoints, routes, activities, and collections, use tracks and review trip data from the field. *Messaging and SOS functions require subscription plans.
