What is included with a tracker rental?
Rentals include the tracker, charging cable, quick-start guide, and unlimited messaging and tracking for your rental period.

Is there a subscription or extra fee required?
No, your rental includes everything you need. Unlimited tracking, messaging, and SOS are all part of the package.

Can I use a tracker rental anywhere in the world?
Most GTC trackers work globally using the Iridium network. We’ll ensure your device is ready for your destination.

How does SOS work on a rental device?
Pressing SOS contacts the IERCC emergency centre, who coordinate your rescue and can message you directly on the device.

Can I extend my rental if my trip changes?
Yes, just get in touch and we’ll do our best to accommodate a longer rental period or adjust your return date.
