Description

This is the device you've been waiting for. inReach satellite technology combined with Garmin's trusted mapping and navigation all in a rugged, touchscreen handheld device.

inReach technology uses the Iridium satellite network to communicate two-way messaging anywhere in the world. Even more importantly this technology allows you to initiate an SOS response anywhere in the world.

inReach features require an active satellite subscription which is available through GTC. See Subscriptions section below for more information.

The Garmin Montana 750i has an internal, rechargeable lithium-ion battery pack which provides more than 18 hours of battery life in GPS mode. For longer trips use Expedition Mode, an ultralow-power GPS setting to allow tracking for more than a week between recharges.

One of the standout features of the Garmin Montana 750i is its multi-GNSS support, including GPS, GLONASS, and Galileo. This guarantees precise and reliable positioning data, even in challenging environments.

Two-way messaging: Send text messages to friends, family and colleagues or post to social media.

Tracking: Send your GPS location to your web-based MapShare page to allow those back home to follow your journey.

inReach Weather: Get accurate weather forecasts on the trail directly to your Montana device or to you paired device to help you plan your route.

Built to be tough

Rugged design: The Montana 750i handheld has an IP rating of IPX7 making it durable and waterproof. The touchscreen is glove-friendly and at 5" is 50% larger than previous Montana models.

TopoActive European Maps: These preloaded maps allow you to view elevations, coastlines, rivers, landmarks and more.

City Navigator Maps: Use your Montana device to guide you on the streets with turn-by-turn directions.

Satellite Views: Download BirdsEye Satellite Imagery to see photo-realistic views and create waypoints based on landmarks.

Camera: The 8 megapixel camera allows you to geotag photos so you can navigate back to your favourite spots at a later date.

1. Upon activation, subscription fee and/or allowance will be pro‐rated for 1st month. Upon deactivation, subscription fee and allowance are not pro‐rated. if inReach is suspended, a suspension fee of £4.00 per month will continue to be charged until service is resumed or deactivated.

2. Inclusive allowance is based on a bundle of bytes. Safety Plan: 1,500 bytes, Recreation Plan: 8,000 bytes, Expedition Plan 30,000 bytes. Each message sent from the device consumes a certain number of bytes. See contract for details.

3. Overage charges apply when inclusive allowance of bytes have been used during the month. Unused bytes do not rollover. Text message charge assumes 120 character message. Messages with a different number of characters will incur a different charge.
