If you don't want to make an investment in a satellite phone you could consider renting. Phones are available at just £5/day and with a minimum of 7 days rental this is a flexible option for short trips.

If you need faster data we offer a range of compact antennas and terminals designed specifically to deliver reliable maritime communications. They allow you to keep in touch with shore-based networks via internet and telephone, whatever the conditions, from almost anywhere in the world.

Equipment capable of providing satellite broadband for maritime use generally consists of a dome shaped antenna which is attached to a permanent external structure on the vessel. Additionally, a below deck unit is provided to enable voice and data connectivity.
