Iridium Web & Mail and Android 14 | Update from Iridium
Our Product Support team advised that due to recent changes introduced in Android 14 and above, Iridium Web & Mail (IMW) is no longer compatible with these newer versions of the operating systems. We are currently investigating the options for updating the app. This includes evaluating the effort involved, understanding the complexities of the required changes, and determining the best path forward for the app. Our goal is to ensure that any decisions we make align with providing the best experience for you and your users. In the meantime, we are also exploring alternative solutions and applications that we could recommend to address your needs and are here to assist with any questions or support required during this transition.

  Customers on the Standard Iridium Plan can be provided with a US number as an Add-On Service, at an additional fee.
• Reactivation Fee
  Once a SIM card has been deactivated on the Standard Iridium GO! plan, customers will incur a $250 reactivation fee if they wish to reactivate at a later date. If you choose to use it at a later stage you will keep the same phone number and not have to pay the $250 reactivation fee; however standard contract charges do apply.
• Monthly Service Allowance
  The Standard Iridium GO! plans vary in terms of inclusive voice, data and SMS minutes.
