Important Notice: Use of Inmarsat Services in Thailand
Effective 30 June 2026, commercial Inmarsat services are subject to a regulatory restriction within Thailand.
Until further notice, commercial Inmarsat L-band and GX Ka-band services must not be used:
Safety services remain unaffected and continue to operate as normal.
If you are planning to travel to or operate within Thailand, please be aware that these commercial services are currently unavailable due to local regulatory requirements. We recommend contacting our team before travelling if your communications may be affected, so we can discuss suitable alternatives where available.

Tariff Details
Standard & Standard+ Terms
BGAN Standard (minimum 12 month contract)
- Monthly allowance can include all services at the standard rates.
- Early Termination Fee will be the remainder of the contract.
- No volume allowance or SCAP option.
BGAN Standard + Plan (minimum 12 month contract)
- The plan includes a fixed monthly subscription charge and an additional subscription charge for the use of standard IP, where usage (MB) is above 20MB. This additional charge will be dependent on actual traffic usage.
- No money or volume allowance. No SCAP option.
- All other services, with the exception of standard IP, will be charged in addition to the monthly subscription(s) at standard plan rates. ISDN is blocked on this plan.
- Early Termination Fee will be remainder of contract.
Agreement Options — BGAN Flex
- BGAN Flex are SAC-C plans which provide a monthly data allowance. On usage of allowance plans will be throttled to 32kbps. Volume allowance available. No ISDN. No streaming traffic allowed in Russia and China.
- 3 month contract as standard but 12 month options are available on request to secure rates for longer.
- Early Termination Fee will be remainder of contract.
Agreement Options — BGAN Max
- Money allowance can be used for all call types
- No ISDN
- FUP applied at 90% where speed is reduced to 38kbps, 95% to 64kbps, 98% to 20kbps, 100% to 8kbps
- Daily throttling at 90% where speed is reduced to 38kbps, 95% to 64kbps, 98% to 20kbps, 100% to 8kbps
General Terms
- GTC reserves the right to modify or delete plans as necessary, including while in commitment.
- Initial monthly fee / allowance and final monthly fees / allowances are pro‐rated based upon the number of days active. Quarterly and Annual periods are full periods and not pro‐rated.
- Unused allowance does not carry over month‐to‐month.
- All allowances are Money Bundle allowances, and can be used for all services.
- South America consists of Argentina, Belize, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, French Guiana, Guatemala, Guyana, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago, Uruguay, and Venezuela.
- HDR Services are only available on HDR‐Ready Terminals.
- On asymmetric HDR services ("HDR Half Channel / 64k" and "HDR Full Channel / 64k"), the "Full Channel" or "Half Channel" refers to the uplink speed, and 64 kbps is the downlink speed.
- If the terminal is disconnected early, an early termination charge will apply. For non‐SCAPs, the early termination fee is the full remainder of the commitment period.
