Iridium Extreme Support
If you are having problems with your Iridium Extreme sat phone you may need to update the firmware.
Find out what firmware version the phone is using by selecting Menu>Setup>Phone Information. The firmware version is displayed and it should state HL11013. If not use the downloads and instructions below to upgrade the firmware.

We recommend that you download the USB drivers below for XP, Vista and Windows 7 before you upgrade your phone.
The handset supports Mac OS so no drivers are required.
