From all the team at GTC, we want to wish our customers a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Please find below all the important dates and information you may require over the festive period. Every day during the Christmas and New Year period, we are available for support via email.

Christmas Airtime Top-Ups

We aim to process all SIM card activations and airtime top-ups as quickly as possible over the holiday period. However, if you have a December or early January expiry date, place your order via our website and schedule the airtime to be added 24 hours before your expiry date.

Our offices will be closed during the Christmas period, however we are available for support via email, every day during Christmas and New Year.

Christmas Shipping Deadlines

If you require delivery to the UK or Mainland Europe before Christmas, please ensure that you place your order on or before Friday 20th December. For international delivery, please contact us in advance for delivery times. *GTC will dispatch orders placed before cut-off times, but cannot be held responsible for delays incurred due to courier actions once shipments have left the premises.
