CHRISTMAS OPENING HOURS

Our offices will be open over the Christmas period as follows:
  • Friday 22nd: 8:45am – 4:00pm
  • Saturday 23rd - Tuesday 26th: Support available via info@gtc.co.uk*
  • Wednesday 27th: 10:00am - 4:00pm
  • Thursday 28th: 10:00am - 4:00pm
  • Friday 29th: 10:00am - 4:00pm
  • Saturday 30th Dec - Monday 1st Jan 2018: Support available via info@gtc.co.uk*
  • Tuesday 2nd Jan: 8:45am - 5:15pm - Normal hours resume
*If you would like to place an order or top-up a SIM card during this time please place your order via our website at www.globaltelesat.co.uk. We aim to process all SIM top-ups as quickly as possible over the holiday period. Email support available from 8:30am – 10:00pm GMT every day during Christmas period.

LAST ORDER DATES

If you require UK delivery before Christmas please ensure that you place your order on or before Wednesday 20th December. For international delivery please contact us in advance for advice on delivery times.

DELIVERY ON ORDERS PLACED OVER CHRISTMAS

Due to courier restrictions delivery options are limited over the Christmas period. Please allow time to receive your order as follows:
  • Friday 22nd: Order before 3:30pm, delivered earliest 27th December
  • Wednesday 27th: Order before 10:30am, next day delivery available
  • Thursday 28th: Order before 10:30am, next day delivery available
  • Friday 29th: Order before 10:30am, delivered earliest 2nd January
